Justin Tuttle Founder, CEO

Justin's dynamic guidance has positioned Physiic as the premier destination for online fitness. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Justin's leadership ability has been shaped by broad experience in multiple disciplines and industries. His background in business, technology and fitness gives him an unparalleled understanding of the digital fitness market, allowing him to identify trends, anticipate challenges and forge key partnerships. Just as importantly, he has demonstrated the ability to recruit and retain skilled, creative professionals capable of executing his vision. Before founding Physiic, Justin was owner and president of Natural Design Build, a builder of high-performance, LEED-rated luxury homes based in Charlotte.

Lindsey Morrow Founder, COO
ABOUT LINDSEY

As co-founder of Physiic, Lindsey has managed to channel her passions for wellness, marketing and project planning into a single venture. In her role as chief operating officer, she demonstrates an uncommon versatility, moving easily between responsibilities that range from recruiting instructors and networking with investors to leading sales initiatives and pitching magazine editors. Lindsey's entrepreneurial drive was nurtured from a young age, having watched multiple family members establish and manage their own successful businesses. A graduate of Penn State University, her professional background includes domestic and international teaching positions as well as several years with global real estate leader Hines, where she served as property manager for a Class A multi-tenant high rise in Uptown Charlotte.

Ed Palmer CTO, Alpha Nerd
ABOUT ED

With a deep background in web development and video processing, Ed helps transform vision to reality for Physiic. Utilizing more than two decades of experience in software development, design and architecture, Ed combines an innate aptitude for strategic thinking with hands-on know-how. Time and again during his career, he's demonstrated the ability to produce well-documented, thoroughly tested software that offers superior performance and limited maintenance costs. Having served a prominent role in the development of dozens of systems across multiple disciplines, Ed is a streaming-media specialist for whom .NET, C#, Node.js, C++, Java, RDBMS and NoSQL represent only a sliver of his wide-ranging tech expertise.

Mark Riley CFO
ABOUT MARK

Mark brings 29 years of business experience to Physiic, having held key financial-management positions with Fortune 500 and mid-market growth companies alike. A graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Mark's ability to provide structure and control has consistently allowed fast-growing entities to prosper. His private business, MJR Financial Consulting, has been advising small and medium-sized companies about finance and business strategy since 2007. Earlier in his career, Mark led the financial function for five companies and two acquired portfolios, and he also helped raise approximately $5 million in debt financing and
$5 million in equity capital.

ABOUT DAVE

Dave ensures that the Physiic experience is more about enjoying an interactive fitness class, and less about using your computer or iPad to do so. Dave has been successful by balancing his artistic talent with the focus and pragmatism of an entrepreneur. During the past decade, he's made a career of building things - everything from software, to websites, to visionary startups such as Libsyn, which, beginning in 2004, provided a single service for the emerging medium of podcasting before eventually growing into a company that delivers audio and video entertainment to tens of millions of consumers a month. Libsyn was acquired by Wizzard Media in 2007. Dave has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rachel Adkins Design
ABOUT RACHEL

Rachel combines her artistic talent with the focus of a seasoned strategist in bringing Physiic to life. She balances form and function across multiple mediums in a way that ensures an engaging experience for users. A graduate of Kent State University, where she studied Visual Communication Design with a minor in Electronic Media Production, Rachel applies her expertise across the communications spectrum, including disciplines such as interactive web design, mobile app design, graphic design and photography. Rachel's work has been honored several times, including Addys at the local and regional levels and three AIGA Cleveland awards.

Dashama Gordon Advisor
ABOUT DASHAMA

Dashama is a world-renowned yoga instructor, author and wellness mentor. She practices a unique and transformational fusion style known as Pranashama, and, in 2010, founded the Pranashama Yoga Institute, which offers retreats in exotic locales across the globe. She also is founder and CEO of Perfect 10 Lifestyle and has helped thousands of individuals enhance their physical, emotional and spiritual well being through her 30-Day Yoga Challenge program and YouTube videos, which have been viewed more than 6 million times! Having practiced yoga since childhood, Dashama's teaching is informed by her own life experiences, which inspired her to create the Yoga for Foster Children outreach program.

Joe Hipsky Advisor

Joe brings more than 12 years of business, finance and economics experience to Physiic's advisory board. He has been part of three startups and served as an advisor for dozens more. A relationship manager with a multinational financial services company, Joe has particular expertise in business development, distribution channels and revenue models. He has a dual degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

ABOUT MICHAEL

Michael is the CEO and President of Idea Foundry, a Pittsburgh venture capital and private equity firm. In a career spanning 25 years, Michael has worked with businesses at virtually every stage of development, including stints as CEO for two startups. In serving as a CFO and investor at various points in his career, Michael has been in a position to oversee growth, participate in acquisitions and lead the process of registering with the Securities and Exchange Commission. His investments include companies such as Deeplocal, Helium Networks and Impact Games. Michael serves on the boards of several economic and tech initiatives in Western Pennsylvania, affiliations that afford him unique insight when evaluating a project's prospects for success.
